Consulting Services Such as Data Acquisition and System Condition Reports

While the majority of our engineering effort is dedicated to developing our in-house systems, we frequently supply Consulting Services for our customers. The graph shown on the right is an example of our engineers and technicians providing on-site services of preparing baseline performance curves for the Hagglunds drives on an injection molding machine. We provided and installed all sensors and data acquistion equipment to obtain the information and prepare the graphs. Repeating this service annually is a key indicator in predicting the life of the Hagglunds motors and maximizing production up-time.

The other examples shown below are:

1)   Applying Automation Studio® to model a customer's hydraulic system and provide examples on how the system can be optimized

2)   Providing on-site engineers to develop a 3D model of the hydraulic system on an existing piece of equipment in preparation for repeat manufacturing

3)   Gather information from multiple suppliers to assemble a "User Demand Graph" for proper sizing of a Hydraulic Power Unit

4)   Providing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on a customer's equipment to verify the structural integrity of an area of concern

5)   Preparing 3D piping drawings given the structural information of the equiment and the location of the HPU and Actuators
