Fabrication

We take great pride in the design and manufacture of the most reliable hydraulic power units in the industry. Our senior craftsmen have over 20 years of experience making them the most qualified power unit mechanics in North America.

Each of our power units is designed to exceed the customer’s flow and pressure requirements, minimize the necessary floor space and maximize access to preventive maintenance equipment. The power units are gas, diesel or electric motor driven. The electric motors are either vertically or horizontally mounted, the orientation dictated by the “best fit” concept for the application.

Each unit is equipped with oil sample ports, liquid level and temperature warning devices and filtration to maintain oil cleanliness levels below the component manufacturer’s recommendations. During each unit’s factory acceptance test, the operating parameters are documented with calibrated equipment and all warning and shut-down devices documented.

In addition to  hydraulic power units, we also fabricate custom operators valve panels, direct drive heavy lift winches, constant tension winches (Tag-Lines), and a patent pending mechanized drill pipe storage system used in oil drilling applications. Our UL-508 certified panel shop fabricates the controls panels large and small for all hydraulic power units and the specialized equipment we supply.
