Valve panels are a collection of lever operated hydraulic and pneumatic valves consolidated into a single operator’s station. They are used widely throughout industry in applications where electric over hydraulic systems are not allowed or accepted.

Our Engineers and system designers lay out the valves to a logical sequence to the piece of equipment being operated. The inlet and working ports of the valves are connected to the other required components and then to outlets ports of the valve panel.

The example show to the right operates the drill pipe and casing handling functions on an offshore drilling rig. It uses both pneumatic and hydraulic operators only as electrical operators are not allowed due to area of operation being classified as explosion proof. The examples below provide a cross-section of our valve panels. A “right-click” of the mouse expands each picture and lists the specifications for each unit.
